Making this mix is so easy and the muffins are perfect for a post-workout breakfast
or an on-the-go snack-if they last that long!
Following the directions on the back of the bag, I start with 2 cups of Marvelous Oat Bran Muffin Mix and add 1/2 a cup of water. For this recipe, I diced 3 large red, ripe strawberries from my local farmers market and mixed them in.
Next, I fully incorporate the strawberries, making sure not to put too much pressure on them. Just fold them in gently and spoon the batter into a regular muffin pan filled with muffin papers. Be careful to distribute the strawberries evenly, they may appear to sink to the bottom, but if you give them a few minutes you will see them peek through the batter.
Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes, let cool for 10 minutes (if you can!) and enjoy!
