Joe Lindley and Peter Reinhart (author and baking instructor at Johnson and Wales) took part in an afternoon session at the Asheville Artisan Bread Festival informing 150 interested listeners about the newest thing on the market: Super SproutTM Flour, made exclusively by Lindley Mills, Inc.
